The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading a team, love bar and club management, be a natural with customer service and have the skills needed to continue building and supporting strong community links and relationships. Assistant Managers lead their teams from the front to meet and maintain our exceptional standards of punctuality, dependability and flexibility. We are an advanced & ambitious company looking for someone who shares our values to help them grow, and in turn, grow with the business.

What you will do & who you will be?
● Provide key support to the General Manager, assisting in the day to day running of the venue
● Maximize key performance indicators by driving the team, striving for the highest standards
● Have an engaged, genuine personality with a passion for success – always leading by example
● Have an awareness of competitor activity and feedback/develop promotional ideas to drive through the team
● Be proactive and take responsibility for your own personal development
