We are recruiting for an experienced Brasserie Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious luxury hotel set within the Dartmoor National Park. The Role

As Brasserie Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the brasserie, ensuring consistently high standards of service, food delivery, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a front-of-house team

• Delivering exceptional guest experiences in a relaxed yet professional environment

• Managing rotas, service standards, and operational efficiency

• Maintaining brand standards and supporting wider hotel objectives

• Acting as a visible, engaging host for guests throughout service

About You

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up

• Background in hospitality, ideally within a hotel or quality restaurant environment

• Confident leading teams and delivering guest-focused service

• Strong communication and people-management skills

• Passionate about hospitality and standards

Hotel experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
